How long will it take to get my order?
For all SPRNGLL Tee and Singlet orders, we use Australia Post express shipping and your order should arrive within 1-3 business days once shipped (not including processing time). Orders that are processed on Fridays before 2pm and are within Melbourne and surrounding suburbs are eligible for Saturday delivery at no extra cost. Check if you are eligible here. Just add a note to your order requesting Saturday delivery.
We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, 9am-5pm. Unfortunately, we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible (usually within 48 hours) but there might be some delays. Your patience is appreciated.
Standard International Shipping is available on request. Just head on over to our contact us page and send us through an email.
Will my order be tracked?
Yes. For all orders (once processed) you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note tracking information may take a few days to become available so if you can't find the information, check back in 24 hours.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay (Australian customers only), zipPay
(Australian customers only), Apple Pay and Paypal.
How do I make an order?
Just head to our products page at the top of the page, click on a product you like, select your size and add to cart. Then just follow the easy checkout process and soon you’ll be a part of the SPRNGLL family.
I'm getting an error when I'm trying to place my order, help!?
Check that you've filled all the details out properly including your name, address and payment info. Still not working? Head to our contact us page, fill in your details and we will get back to you ASAP.
How do I make changes to my order?
If you've made a mistake or need to update your order please email us ASAP. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped we are unable to make any changes.
How do I return an order?
Need to return an order? We can help you out, as long as you return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Unfortunately, we can't offer returns on sale items. Just a heads up, return shipping costs are at your own expense. If your purchase order was $100 or more get in contact with us to organise free return postage. The product must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. If your product is faulty we will issue a refund or store credit just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where is my order?
Once your item is shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email from us yet then just shoot us an email to email@example.com and we’ll follow it up. If you have received a shipping confirmation email then use your tracking number to keep up to date on where your items are.
